NAFSA’s Nov/Dec issue of International Educator featured the Brave New World of Recruiting, declaring Internet recruiting “is here to stay.” Facebook is taking over admissions Universities are jumping on the Twitter bandwagon.

With news of cost-cutting at even the top universities, teachers getting the axe, numbers of applicants to universities on the up, people travelling further and farther to get their degrees - it seems at the moment to be a very mixed bag in the world of higher education around the world. There's even news of the world's "richest" university (Harvard, of course) feeling the strain of the economic meltdown and.....it makes me wonder, what really is the future of higher education?

It’s all happening here and at a fast pace. We have been and are incredibly busy with developing the beta version of the site further by fine-tuning and optimising a number of existing and new features on the site. It takes a lot of work to be the best but the rewards the site will give to us all will make it well worth it!

Global Campus is in Beta. The paint is still drying and there's a bit of stray plumbing still to fix, but we do exist!
